Extensive user documentation for Marketplace Dominator is available to registered users in the Support section of www.marketplacedominator.com/support . You will receive a username and password for this section when you register for Marketplace Dominator.

Email support is available to all registered users.

Live support is available for a nominal fee from the Marketplace Dominator Support Center between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm weekdays Central Standard Time (CST).

Following are several questions that are commonly asked by marketplace sellers considering Marketplace Dominator's system requirements. Please take a minute to review the responses to these questions to better familiarize yourself with Marketplace Dominator so you can make an informed decision.

System and Hardware Requirements for Marketplace Dominator

What kind of equipment do I need?

Minimum requirements for users with 10,000 listings or fewer:
• 512 Mb RAM (1 GB recommended)
• 1.0 GHZ CPU (2.0 GHZ AMD Athlon or Intel Pentium recommended)
• 100 MB free hard drive space
• Windows 2000/XP/2003 (XP recommended)
• 1024x768 Display w/ 256 colors
• High-speed internet connection w/ 256 kbps upload/download speed or faster
• Printer

Increased requirements for users with 10,000-50,000 listings:
• 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended)
• 2.0 GHZ AMD Athlon or Intel Pentium CPU
• High-speed internet connection w/ 512 kbps upload/download or faster

Installation requirements:
• The product requires that you download the .Net Framework from Microsoft if you already don't have . [more info], [download link]

What re-pricing speed can I expect?
Re-pricing speed depends on several factors including the size of your inventory, which pricing rules you use, the speed of your internet connection and the speed of your computer. An example is probably best to illustrate: A Marketplace Dominator user with 10,000 items and a single computer that meets the minimum spec.(above) but has 2 GB of RAM and has a 512 kbps upload internet connection can reasonably expect to re-price at a rate of 1,000- 3,000 items per hour, which equates to a re-pricing all inventory every 3-6 hours

Can I use Marketplace Dominator on a Mac?
No. Marketplace Dominator is only available for Windows 2000/XP/2003 (XP Recommended).

hi i'm having problem improting orders from amazon.com, can you please help. its keep keep showing provious order and does not import new ones.

Answer

How to import orders from Amazon.com:

The solution to your problem:

1. Open order fullfilment module

2. Click on imports > import orders

3. Select import orders from amazon.com

4. Generate new order report from Amazon.com

A pop up window will appear. the message should say " Sended order fulfillment report request to amazon.com"

5. Then (depending on the orders and amazon server response, it may take up to one minute) click on refreshbutton to get report list from amazon.com

6. Select new report from the list and click on import selected report button.

7. Your orders should be imported after these steps.

Auto item Data Filling

I am not clear if you handle any auto pricing or auto info uploading? If I enter an ISBN will the software go out and find the data on that book?

Answer:

When you have entered your item UPC, ASIN or ISBN MD will fetch item information from Amazon.com and fill necessary fields for you. Then you can re-price your items by using our Intelligent Re-prising Engine.

Is there any way for me to sync my shop data with your software so I don't sell the same book twice?

Yes. You can import your inventory from Amazon and whenever you get new order it will remove this item from your local inventory and MD will keep your inventory up-to-date all the time.

System requirements:

• Intel or compatible Pentium 600 MHz (recommended: Intel or compatible 1 GHz or higher)
• 256 MB RAM minimum (recommended: 512MB or higher)
• Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000 SP4,Windows Server 2003 SP1
• VGA or higher resolution 1,024x768 (recommended: 1,280x800 or higher)

Installation steps:

1. Download the latest MD program from http://www.marketplacedominator.com/download
2. Run the installer and wait for the installation process to complete.
3. Once the installation process is completed, click on the MarketplaceDominator icon on your desktop to run the application.

Installation FAQ:

• We had some our sellers experienced some problems with MD, because they were Amazon Seller Central users and MD is not supporting Seller Central, yet.

Can ISBNs be scanned into Amazon for quick look up to list books?

Answer:

Definitely. You can type of scan your book’s ISBN and select search type (in your case books) then click on search. MD will bring search results in seconds. You can then select item or items to add directly to your local inventory to upload to your inventory at amazon.

Answer:

Order Process:

Order import (automatic or manually)
Packing slip prints. You can print packing slips for all orders in one step. Just select all new orders, on right click menu select print packing slips. A packing slip window will be open. Click on print icon and it should print all orders.
Select orders you wish to print labels (select based on shipping methods) . On right click menu click on Export Address for Dazzle. Endicia shipping application will open and will print your selected orders’ labels.
After you have printed on right click menu; select get Endicia tracking number Now. MD will import tracking numbers for each order.

We will be adding barcode for packing slip soon.

Yes, Multiple orders can be processed so fast.
